Jill Botnick, Studio Owner
Jill has been teaching Pilates for almost 30 years. Originally from New Orleans, she graduated from Tulane University where she was the president of the Newcomb Dance Club.
Jill proudly opened the first ever Pilates Studio in New Orleans and operated it from 1998-2005. However, the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina led her to make the decision to relocate to Palm Beach, where she officially started Squeeze Pilates in the Royal Poinciana Plaza.
Jill is certified by West Coast Pilates and has been teaching in Palm Beach since 2005. She is also trained and certified in Aerobic Dancersize, Balletone, Spinning, Group Exercise Leader Deep South Alliance, Pilates for Golf Conditioning Specialists, and is a long time member of the Pilates Method Alliance.
Jill’s primary motivation for starting her Pilates training was to develop core muscle conditioning after having 5 children, and Pilates has been a blessing in her life. She is proud to serve the Palm Beach community and help others reach their full potential to live happy, healthy lives.

Abby Botnick
Abby Botnick, a certified Classical Pilates instructor from New Orleans, brings over a decade of physical fitness teaching experience to her practice. Her unique background in performing arts, including dance, gymnastics, and circus arts, infuses her Pilates instruction with creativity and deep body awareness.
A Carnegie Mellon School of Drama graduate, Abby's journey spans from aerial arts to Pilates, culminating in her Classical Pilates Education certification. Her diverse experience, including recognition at VivaFest for aerial performance, enriches her teaching approach.
Abby's classes blend rigorous Classical Pilates principles with artistic flair, emphasizing breath control, core strength, and mind-body connection. Her work with world-renowned performers informs her ability to guide students of all levels towards their wellness goals through precise, controlled movements.

Abigail Burkhart
Abby is a dedicated Pilates instructor whose passion for movement began during her career as a ballet dancer. Throughout her youth and young adulthood, Abby immersed herself in ballet, relying on Pilates as a vital tool for injury prevention and body maintenance. This foundation sparked a deep appreciation for the discipline, leading her to pursue extensive training in the field.
Abby has completed a variety of certifications, including a 200-hour hot Pilates certification, barre, TRX, and a comprehensive 600-hour classical Pilates certification. In addition, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Indiana University.
Five years ago, Abby made the move to Florida, where she has continued to share her love for Pilates and group fitness with others, helping them to achieve their goals and maintain healthy, balanced lives.

Kirsten Tiburzio
Kirsten is a South Florida native who grew up in Jupiter, where she discovered her love of fitness and the wide ranging benefits that it provides.
Kirsten was an avid athlete throughout high school, playing both lacrosse and volleyball. This led her to begin practicing yoga to maintain her fitness and flexibility. After attending Palm Beach Atlantic University and receiving a Bachelors Degree in International Business, Kirsten realized that her love of international travel had also sparked a passion for integrative wellness and the desire to help others reach their highest potential.
Kirsten completed her 200-HR RYT Yoga Alliance Certification, followed by her 300-HR RYT Certification. After years of teaching yoga, Kirsten wanted to deepen her knowledge of body mechanics and expand her career. She completed her 600-HR Comprehensive Classical Pilates Training in 2023.
Kirsten’s extensive experience as a yoga teacher and athlete makes her a uniquely qualified and knowledgeable Pilates instructor, and enables her to give her clients an elevated experience.

Julia Gordan
Julia is a classically trained Pilates instructor with nearly a decade of teaching experience.
Born and raised in sunny South Florida, Julia fell in love with fitness at a young age. After graduating from Florida Atlantic University with a BS in Psychology and a minor in Sociology, she moved to Thailand to teach English for a year. Her travels throughout Asia, specifically an extended stay at an ashram in Nepal, deepened her understanding of yoga and the connection between mind and body for overall well-being.
Upon her return to the States in 2014, she decided to combine her love of teaching and her passion for exercise and wellness into a career as a Pilates Instructor. After getting certified through Power Pilates and Yoga Alliance, she now happily spends her days sharing these passions with others.

Christy Dreisbach De Toledo
Christy is a Florida native who loves diving, paddle boarding, and traveling the world. Growing up, Christy was a gymnast and competed in many competitions at a high level, eventually qualifying for the Junior Olympics.
Upon moving away from gymnastics, Christy found herself naturally drawn to the world of fitness. After completing her 200 RYT certification through Yoga Alliance and becoming a yoga instructor, she realized her passion for helping others improve their quality of life through movement. Christy then went on to get her personal training certification through NASM, her spinning certification, and her 600 hour comprehensive pilates certification through Classical Pilates Education.
Her extensive personal experience and wide ranging knowledge of different methods of body mechanics makes Christy a uniquely qualified instructor. She loves to focus on form and keep her classes fun and upbeat!

Dani Giustino
As a classically trained dancer from a very young age, Dani has dedicated her life to the art of movement and expression. She pursued her passion for dance through college, earning a BFA in dance from Florida State University.
During her time at FSU, Dani was introduced to the Pilates method, and soon started to fall in love. Though it wasn’t until 2013, when Dani had the privilege of meeting Lolita San Miguel, the only living Pilates Master certified by Joseph Pilates himself, that she discovered a new passion for Pilates. She was part of the the first group to complete a 500-hour “Lolita’s Legacy” certification over the span of 18 months, delving deep into the world of Pilates and its transformative effects on the body and mind. Since then, Dani has been teaching Pilates and sharing her knowledge and passion with others.
In addition to teaching Pilates, Dani is also a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Health, where she received her certification as a Holistic Health Coach. She is committed to helping others live their best and healthiest lives. Dani is constantly learning and growing in her practice, and is excited to continue sharing her knowledge and passion with others.

Ashley Bonner
Ashley has been personally doing pilates since she was 16 years old, due to minor scoliosis. She has continued with the method through College, when she was a Field Hockey player. Ashley had some serious foot surgeries and firing her rehabilitation she referred to Pilates to help with her feet, core stability and spinal health.
Ashley moved to Palm Beach in 2005, and found Pilates again in her life. After a few years, she decided that she loved doing it so much she wanted to become an instructor. She started her career in Palm Beach 2010, after getting her Contemporary Certification with Body & Core Pilates in Palm Beach Gardens. In 2012 she moved to a new Studio in West Palm Beach, and got another certification through Classical Pilates Education based in Boca Raton.

Dr. Ginelle Ruffa, PT, DPT
Dr. Ginelle Ruffa, PT, DPT is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, as well as certified Pilates, Barre, and Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Integrative Health Coach.
Ginelle received her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Tufts University School of Medicine in 2023 and her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2018.
As a former professional ballet dancer, Ginelle has always had a passion for movement and appreciation for the human body. Her Pilates journey began after a low back injury in high school, in which her physical therapist utilized Pilates reformer exercise to strengthen her core and rehabilitate her spine.
Ginelle has since devoted her career to empowering her clients to experience extraordinary through mindful movement and nutrition. Ginelle served as Miss Miami Beach 2017, Miss Fort Lauderdale 2018, and Miss Palm Beach USA 2019, serving our community through educating on wellness and disease prevention.
Ginelle’s greatest joy is helping her clients to minimize their pain and maximize their health!

Brooke Taft
Brooke is a native Floridian with a passion for movement and wellness. She’s certified in Pilates, indoor cycling, and aerial arts, and enjoys teaching a range of fitness classes. Always eager to learn, Brooke is deepening her knowledge in nutrition and holistic health. Outside of fitness, she’s actively involved in animal rescue and has a keen interest in real estate.
